Kelly received her Bachelor of Arts in political science from West Virginia University in 1991. She graduated summa cum laude and was a member of America’s most prestigious honor society, Phi Beta Kappa.  In 1994, Kelly graduated from the West Virginia University College of Law. She was Editor of Articles for the West Virginia Law Review and was published in the 1994 Coal Edition.

Kelly has spent over 24 years practicing law in West Virginia, representing clients in various areas of the law. Kelly has recovered millions of dollars for clients who have been injured by the negligence of others. Kelly exemplifies the kind of caring, committed, experienced attorney that people turn to in times of trouble.

When not working, you’ll find Kelly enjoying the wonders of nature in and around the Mountain State. A lover of the outdoors, Kelly enjoys hiking and kayaking, her horses Justice and Scooter, and her five dogs.

TRACI M. COOK

Traci began her legal education at the West Virginia University (WVU) College of Law, studying to become a tax attorney. However, while participating in mock trials, she learned that her true passion was found inside the courtroom; she structured her path forward accordingly.

Traci served as a public defender in the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in Clarksburg, WV and at age 33, she became the Chief Assistant Prosecutor in the Harrison County Prosecutor’s Office. After a few years in private practice, Traci returned to the Harrison County Prosecutor’s Office. In 2016, she accepted the position of Supervisory Assistant US Attorney with the US Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of WV.

When Traci is not in the courtroom or the office, you will find her on the water, kayaking or paddleboarding with her golden retriever by her side. She is also an avid supporter of animal rescue groups.
